This Flexhouse I is one of the first Flexhouse homes we designed. It was created to be the perfect size for a guest cottage or ADU, and was situated at the top of a hill with sweeping views. While this 1,000 square foot, one bedroom one bathroom home is restrained in space, the large glazing to the view makes the experience much larger.
