We offer an opportunity for our clients to collaboratively design their home with us from scratch, using a few simple design principles that we share at the beginning: simple shape, good envelope, structural span, and a few others. Very often, this collaboration will lead to limited variations on our previous existing projects, and this can save on project design and construction costs. The results of these previous collaborations we now call our flexhouse series.

• We invite clients to develop with us their own unique house design within these few flexhouse design principles.
• We only charge design fees for design work that we have not already done.
• We budget projects together, within a transparent pricing system of base model plus optional adds, from the start.
