All of our projects start with an actual house site on which we can design your vision with you. If you haven’t yet settled on one, we can help you with this process, too, from purchase (even from north river directly, who has several parcels of varying budgets in stock for sale to our design build clients) to creating a master plan, to walking and agreeing on the best site.
We often work informally with clients for a year or more while they are still looking for the right piece of land. We can offer quick feedback on the buildability of individual parcels that they are researching or considering bidding on. We often have parcels of our own that we offer for sale to clients who would like to build with us. And we love to walk parcels with landowners as they consider their various options, permitting challenges, and perhaps long -term, phased master planning ideas for developing their land carefully and with respect for what is already there.
