North River has been designing homes in the Hudson Valley since the 1990’s, and has been a design build firm of net zero energy homes for nearly a decade.

Once it became financially obvious, in our view, for everyone building new houses to do so (link to “the net zero investment’), we committed to offering design build services to all of our clients, most of whom choose this path with us.

Now we are among the premier architects and builders in the Hudson Valley, and the only design build team operating at scale who is exclusively committed to net zero, all-electric buildings.
