The Kerhonkson Passive House is one of the first departures from the original Flexhouse II design, adding a second floor space and mechanical loft. This home is set in a densely wooded site and shows that you can build a PHIUS Certified home in all locations: wooded or clear. With roughly 1,900 square feet and a two car garage, this home boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main living and dining space opens up to views on both sides, letting you feel connected to the land in all directions.
The custom slatted white oak kitchen by DCN Woodworking sets off the backdrop of the living space. Thoughtful tile and lighting selections throughout add warmth and elegance to balance the crisp look of concrete and white walls. The exterior features LunaWood siding, which fades into the surroundings over time.
