Things have changed. We’ve spent the past 40 years perfecting a process of building net zero homes in a way that doesn’t sacrifice quality for affordability. And North River is proud to be able to offer our all-electric homes for the same cost as a traditionally built home.
Pricing Considerations
- Our standard Flexhouse designs are currently priced between $500 and $550 per square foot for all construction and infrastructure costs within the building site (excluding only land and design costs).
- Our clients save on design fees when choosing one of our Flexhouse designs since we don’t charge for
drawings and designs we have already done. - Even with modifications to a standard model, cost efficiencies and sustainable building practices are part of every step of the process.
